Are Deville Boards Under Warranty?

At Deville we stand behind our products 100%. In order to do this we engineer and fabricate top-quality boards for all types of skating. Throughout the
manufacturing process of each design we are dedicated to the highest levels of quality control and performance so our models are able to hold up properly for their individual purpose. We have confidence in your ability to understand that skateboarding is an extreme sport and it’s logical for you to determine that nothing lasts forever. Many variables can attribute to the life of the board such as excess humidity or moisture and motorized vehicles that unfortunately and accidentally run things over. So, it is important to understand the limits of any longboard.

We want you to appreciate how durable our boards are and how well they perform. If you are dissatisfied for any reason in this regard, contact us and we
will do our best to work with you to resolve your concern. We offer a guarantee against our products, including manufacturer defects, for a period of five months.
With that said, we do not warranty products damaged by normal wear and tear, alteration made by owner, misuse, accidents or damages caused by uses other
than intended. If you have trouble with your board after the five month period, contact us and we’ll work with you to reach a fair solution.

Who do you use for shipping?

If you live within the US, your board will ship via UPS and will be in transit from 1-5 business days depending on your location. International orders vary.

Where can I buy Deville Skateboards?

Worldwide! If you can’t buy them here on our website, check out our dealer list to find a store near you.

Will I have to pay Custom Taxes on International Shipments?

Unfortunately, Uncle Sam always has his hands in our pockets. We don’t have any control over this as Customs policies vary from country to country but, we
can guesstimate that you will most likely have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for
customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. For more precise info, you can contact your local customs office.

Are there any other restrictions to shipping internationally?

Every country is different but we have run into random issues such as no bamboo or limitations on box length. You can also contact your local customs
office for more info.

How long before my order ships?

We try to ship your order between 1 and 5 days. At times we get seriously overwhelmed and it can take longer. We apologize if this happens but, we do our
best!

Can I get a tracking number for my order?

If you order from our online store your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your board ships.

Can I get a discount?

Mmmm probably not. Well, we would love to give everyone a discount or even a free board but, then we wouldn’t be here writing about giving you a discount.
Truthfully, we have to be courteous to our local skate shops and we hate to step on their toes and offer lower prices than they do. We suggest you check your local shop to see if they have any sales going on. Also, we occasionally offer sales on misprints and blems, so check the homepage for the latest.
